Every high-voltage job, documented in 5 minutes.
The EV compliance layer for Australian workshops — technician AURETH credentials, AS 5732 high-voltage job records, and OEM diagnostic subscriptions in one place. Works alongside your existing workshop software, not against it.
Built for the AASRA era · Works with Workshop Software, MechanicDesk & more · Your data, exportable anytime
The paperwork didn't disappear when the engine did.
You've spent $30k–70k getting EV-ready — AURETH training, insulated tools, a fire blanket, diagnostic access. But every high-voltage job still leaves you with:
No proof when it counts
Depower checklists and photos scattered across paper sheets and phone galleries. When the insurer, WHS officer or a warranty claim asks, you're assembling evidence from memory.
Credentials in someone's head
Which of your techs holds AURETH101? When does it expire? AASRA's Safety Upgrade checks per-technician — your spreadsheet doesn't.
Diagnostic subscriptions everywhere
Tesla Toolbox, BYD access, AASRA memberships, deposits, renewal dates — across different accounts and cards. (BYD cancels through Stripe. Self-service. Really.)
One layer for the EV side of your workshop
The 5-minute evidence pack
Walk the AS 5732-aligned checklist on your phone, snap timestamped photos at each step, sign off, done. A branded PDF — vehicle, technician, credentials attached, every step accounted for — ready to share with insurers or customers via a revocable link.
Your credential wall
Every certificate photographed, filed and tracked. 90/30/7-day expiry reminders to the owner and the tech. Assign jobs only to qualified hands.
OEM subscription ledger
Every diagnostic subscription, deposit and renewal in one ledger with monthly cost totals — so the subscription you forgot about doesn't quietly renew.
How it works
Sign up, add your techs
Upload their certificates — we'll remind you before anything expires.
Log each HV job on the phone
Checklist, photos, sign-off: about 3 minutes on the hoist.
Export or share anytime
Audit-ready packs by date, tech or vehicle. Your data downloads in full whenever you want it.
"We already use Workshop Software / MechanicDesk."
Great — keep it. EV Compliance Hub doesn't do quoting, invoicing or parts. We do the EV layer they don't: high-voltage job evidence, credential tracking and AASRA-era compliance. Export everything, any time, in full.
Questions workshop owners ask
Is this legal advice or an official compliance system?
No. EV Compliance Hub helps you document what you already do against the AS/NZS 5732 framework. Records carry timestamps, signatures and photo evidence — but we don't provide legal advice, and our templates aren't a substitute for the standard itself.
Who can see our records?
Only your workshop. Photos and certificates live in Australian data centres, access is per-account, and share links are read-only, expiry-dated and revocable.
Can we get our data out?
Always. Full export — records, photos, certificates, CSV and files — available to you at any time, including after cancellation. Your compliance history is yours.
Does my technician need an account?
Technicians get a simple mobile login (no passwords — a link to their phone). They see today's jobs and their own credentials. Nothing else.
What about ICE jobs?
You can log any job, but we're built for high-voltage work. Use your workshop software for the rest.
Your next EV job could be your best-documented one.
